Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare AI-generated media, and explain what looked off in writing.

Your work helps improve how AI systems reason and respond in real-world tasks. The position emphasizes clear English communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to decide when both options have flaws.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot problems like distortion, motion issues, text errors, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and writing specific English explanations.
