Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looks off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Earn up to $18 per hour with flexible hours, weekly payments, and free access to leading LLMs. You can work from home or while traveling, contributing to a real-world AI evaluation loop.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; patient to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and speak through realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-text mismatch.
• Write explanations in English detailing what was observed.
