Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on your own schedule. You will rate live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what looked off in writing.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, clear written communication, and the ability to articulate complex judgments. This role offers flexible hours and access to leading LLMs, with payment per hour and quarterly incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Write a precise English explanation pointing to observed issues.
