Outlier offers a remote, flexible freelance role where you review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models, comparing image and video pairs, and explaining what’s off. Your work helps improve AI systems and supports frontier research in real-world performance.

Compensation ranges up to $15 USD per hour, with payments made weekly. Access to leading language models is provided, and you can work on your schedule from anywhere, including while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful review process.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English.
