Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a remote, flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, helping improve AI systems in real-world use.

Work from home or while traveling, with payments weekly via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM. Earn up to $15 USD/hr plus incentives, and get free access to leading LLMs worth $200+/month.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounds.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating each output across adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a clear English explanation.
