Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

This flexible, fully remote opportunity lets you work from home or while traveling. Earn up to $18 USD/hr, with weekly payments and free access to leading LLMs to assist your evaluations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail, with patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to think quickly and articulate decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of findings.
