Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a diverse team of engineers.
• Set direction for the Order Management domain.
• Own UX and core experience improvements.
• Partner with Product and Design to define roadmaps.
• Foster a culture of ownership and accountability.
• Champion engineering excellence across services.
• Own SLAs/SLOs for key APIs and workflows.
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap.
