Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams in reliability, infrastructure, or distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with production load testing and chaos engineering.
• Experience with chaos engineering vendors like Gremlin or Harness.

• Lead and mentor engineers building platforms for safe production experimentation.
• Partner with infrastructure teams to embed resilience validation in the development lifecycle.
