Job summary

Lyric is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a delivery-focused team responsible for onboarding customers to our healthcare payer platform and ensuring high reliability and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success, review critical designs, and guide the team through Azure-to-AWS migration while maintaining strong CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams with delivery ownership.
• Ability to review designs and code and evaluate tradeoffs.
• Proven track record delivering on external commitments and deadlines.
• Experience operating a production system with real customers.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted development tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding delivery for new customer implementations.
• Surface delivery risks early and manage scope and quality tradeoffs.
• Own production health, incident response, and durable fixes.
• Drive observability, reliability, and operational readiness.
• Deliver Azure-to-AWS migration work and cross-cloud integration.
• Set high standards for code review, testing, CI/CD and releases.
• Hire, onboard, and grow engineers; provide feedback.
