Job summary

Lyric is an AI-first healthcare technology company seeking an Engineering Manager to lead onboarding of new customers to our payer platform and maintain high standards of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success, while reviewing critical designs and remaining close to the system to unblock the team.

You will operate on an established platform, raise engineering quality, mentor engineers, and drive Azure-to-AWS

Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering experience.
3+ years managing engineering teams with delivery ownership.
Ability to review designs and code, evaluate tradeoffs.
Proven track record with production systems and incident response.
Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted development tooling.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end onboarding delivery for new customers.
Surface delivery risks early and trade off scope.
Partner with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success as the engineering lead for onboarding commitments.
Own production health including incident response and root-cause analysis.
Improve observability, reliability, and readiness across services.
Lead AI-assisted development practices on the team.
