You will enable rapid AI-driven development, balance speed with quality, and mentor engineers while shaping the platform’s future.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience guiding engineering teams.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers.
• Experience balancing hands-on coding with people leadership.
• Strong systems thinking and problem solving.
• Experience building/scaling a platform with hundreds of API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead 300+ destination integrations and prioritize requests.
• Improve sync speed through parallelism, batching, rate limits.
