Qualifications

• Experience owning a product area with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience hiring and developing engineering managers.

• Own the product area's objectives and the engineering plan.
• Translate company priorities into actionable plans.
• Coach engineering managers to improve performance.
• Take accountability for SLAs and incident response.
