Job summary

Netwoven is a Microsoft-focused consulting firm delivering security, identity, infrastructure, and cloud solutions for enterprises. We are seeking an Engagement Manager – Security & Infrastructure to lead complex client engagements and ensure measurable outcomes while upholding Netwoven’s standards.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across security, identity, and cloud platforms, manage scope, risks, and budgets, and serve as the trusted delivery point for customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT consulting, delivery management, or technical program management.
• Proven leadership delivering security and/or infrastructure engagements in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, identity governance, and cloud security fundamentals.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration and governance tools is a plus.
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent delivery certification required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of security, infrastructure and migration engagements from kickoff to closure.
• Serve as the primary delivery contact for IT leadership, security teams, and business sponsors.
• Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and expectations; translate objectives into delivery plans.
• Lead engagements across Azure, identity management, security/compliance, and secure collaboration.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and KPI tracking.
• Forecast, billings, margins, and change control; ensure revenue alignment with scope.
