You will work asynchronously, applying practical knowledge from energy estimation, pre-construction, solar design, and construction planning while delivering precise feedback to improve model responses.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in energy project estimation, pre-construction, solar design, or a similar role.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Remote, flexible, asynchronous work with 20+ hours per week.
• Contract-based, pay up to $85 per hour.
• Based in United States; open to candidates in the United States.
• Hands-on experience with Bluebeam Revu, RSMeans, or Aurora Solar.

Responsibilities

• Create training data based on energy project development and cost estimation workflows.
• Review AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and professional quality.
