Job summary

ICF is seeking interns to support its Energy Efficiency Division. You will contribute to innovative, high-quality products and services across multiple projects while gaining exposure to major initiatives and clients.

This is a 10-week, full-time internship starting in early June 2027. The role is remote from MA or NY with occasional in-person meetings. Compensation is $23 per hour; relocation/housing assistance is not provided.

Qualifications

• By start date, a minimum of 30 college-level credit hours in energy/environment, business, economics, engineering or related subjects.
• Must be able to pass required background checks, including drug screening.
• Excellent quantitative/analytical skills with ability to analyze situations and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection and data analysis.
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and databases for internal tracking and project management.
• Support client-facing semi-annual reporting efforts and deliverables.
• Document processes and contribute to process improvements and/or automation.
• Contribute to energy analysis and measure development (skillset dependent).
• Support Program Delivery teams with client presentations and relaying key results.
