Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience teaching or training adult learners.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in classroom and field environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on field training.
• Assess participant performance through evaluations and written assessments.
• Travel throughout GA and the Southeast as needed.
• Collaborate with curriculum developers, clients, and operations staff to improve training programs.
• Prepare and maintain training materials, equipment, and resources.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent Everblue professionally.
