Labela seeks U.S.-based endocrinologists at all career stages for high-level clinical consulting to validate, refine, and audit AI-driven clinical reasoning. This 100% remote role offers flexible, project-based hours aligning with clinical or training schedules.

Applicants should be board-certified/eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism (ABIM) and have 2+ years of postgraduate training. Citizens of the United States are required. Engagement runs July 30 to August 31, 2026.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism (ABIM).
• 2+ years of postgraduate clinical training.
• Based in the United States.
• Ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated diagnostic and treatment plans to align with Endocrine Society/AACE standards.
• Provide expert-level validation for endocrine case presentations, hormonal assessment, and metabolic data.
• Identify inaccuracies or hallucinations in AI outputs that could impact patient safety.
• Advise on development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools for endocrine care.
