Job summary

Allara is seeking board-certified Endocrinologists to deliver expert, remote care to women across the U.S. The role emphasizes autonomous clinical decision-making, empathy, and evidence-based telemedicine in a fully remote setting.

As an independent contractor, you’ll conduct video assessments, develop personalized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while meeting licensure requirements and maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications

• :First item: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans via video visits.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality care.
• Complete required training and uphold Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
• Educate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategies.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and complete charting in a timely manner.
• Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and care.
• Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week, including consultations and medical guidance, with prescribing when clinically appropriate.
