Allara is hiring board-certified Endocrinologists to deliver exceptional care to women who have historically been underserved. This fully remote role requires an active ABIM Endocrinology certification and an IMLC license (or active pursuit).

You’ll conduct patient assessments via video visits, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and educate patients on preventive care with evidence-based strategies.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Active ABIM board certification in Endocrinology through an ACGME-accredited program.
• Active IMLC license or actively pursuing one.
• Ability to function autonomously with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with compassion and clarity.
• Strong virtual bedside manner and ability to build trust with patients online.
• Experience in telemedicine is a plus.
• Active, unrestricted US state license is required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality care.
• Complete required training and uphold clinical policies and best practices.
• Educate patients on preventative care using evidence-based strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and timely charting.
• Respond to patient questions with clarity and care.
• Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week, including consultations and medical guidance.
