eNL is seeking an experienced Employment Locum to join a busy legal team on a fully remote basis for a 6-9 month assignment. The role focuses on high-volume Employment Tribunal claims and respondent matters, including insurance-backed litigation and settlements.

• Have strong respondent employment law experience.
• Experience handling Employment Tribunal claims.
• Able to manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision.
• Available to commence at short notice.
• Experience with insurance-backed employment work is desirable.
