Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate for a fully remote role. You will own cases from start to finish, draft pleadings, manage discovery, and prepare for trial using cloud-based systems.

Candidates must be licensed in California, with 3+ years litigation experience; employment law preferred. We offer an excellent compensation package, comprehensive benefits and a 100% remote schedule.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 3+ years of strong litigation experience; employment law highly preferred!

Responsibilities

• Own your cases from start to finish in a supportive, fully remote environment.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and mediation briefs using our cloud-based systems.
• Argue motions, take and defend depositions, and prepare for trial.
• Use our integrated tech tools to communicate, collaborate, and track performance.
