Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Remote Litigation Associate based in San Jose, CA, to handle employment-related litigation, charges, and demand letters. The role is open nationwide in any state with an office.

Responsibilities include defending lawsuits, advising employers, and representing clients in court, arbitration, and mediations. The ideal candidate holds a JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials, CA Bar admission, and 4+ years of California employment

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• California employment litigation experience: 4+ years for Associate role; 9+ years for Of Counsel.
• Admitted to the California State Bar and in good standing.
• Knowledge of current state and federal agency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Defend and litigate employment-related lawsuits and agency charges.
• Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court, arbitration, and before administrative agencies.
• Handle mediations in employment matters, including class actions and discrimination cases.
