Job summary

Jobot is recruiting a Litigation Paralegal – Employment Law for a 100% remote role based in California, requiring residency in CA and experience with CA law. The firm offers a competitive base salary of $90,000 to $120,000 and a permanent position.

Responsibilities include drafting motions and mediation briefs, supporting attorneys in all litigation aspects, and maintaining meticulous organization to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment. Remote work is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of California civil litigation experience, preferably in employment litigation.
• Strong experience drafting motions, mediation briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Highly organized with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Experience working in a remote setting (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification (ideally both).
