and California admission, plus 3+ years of plaintiff-side employment or workers' comp experience. The successful candidate will handle case strategy, discovery, motions, mediations, and negotiations, while collaborating closely with clients and staff.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and CA admission required.
• 3+ years in plaintiff-side employment or workers' comp practice.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Familiarity with federal and/or state civil procedure.
• Ability to collaborate with paralegals and staff.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute case strategy for single-plaintiff employment cases.
• Manage discovery: drafting responses, depositions, and expert supervision.
• Draft motions, mediation briefs, and trial filings.
• Attend mediations and engage in settlement negotiations.
• Argue motions and examine witnesses at hearings and trial.
• Work directly with clients and opposing counsel.
