Job summary

ITCON Services is seeking a Contact Center Supervisor for a short-term seasonal remote role. You will oversee a group of call center associates, coach them to meet metrics, and ensure service levels align with contractual and financial expectations.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or 2–4 years of related experience, strong English communication, and solid CRM and computer skills. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is preferred to support operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2–4 years of relevant experience
• English speaking proficiency required
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Proficient with computers, multitasking between apps/windows
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead and coach a team to meet metrics
• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of a group of call center associates
• Coach direct reports regularly to ensure performance metrics are met
• Identify performance issues and implement corrective actions up to termination
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual and financial expectations
• Communicate expectations and provide timely updates to the team
• Handle escalated customer calls as needed
• Conduct team meetings and organize team activities
• Stay current on internal processes and attend required training/meetings
• Promote ITCON values through actions and attitude
