Job summary

OpenTrain AI, Inc. is seeking a part-time, remote emergency medicine contractor to craft and solve advanced clinical scenarios and to evaluate AI responses for diagnostic accuracy and clinical reasoning.

Candidates must be board-certified in EM and actively practicing, with strong English communication skills to explain reasoning clearly. The role requires 20–40 hours per week with Pacific Time overlap, initial one-month duration with possible extension, and familiarity with digital medical

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent medical qualification.
• Active medical practice within the last three or more years.
• Board certification or an equivalent qualification in Emergency Medicine.
• Broad expertise in trauma, resuscitation, toxicology, acute care, diagnostics, and triage.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to explain medical reasoning in clear, patient-friendly language.
• 20 to 40 hours per week, with at least four hours per day and some overlap with Pacific Time.
• Initial duration of one month, with a possible extension.
• Familiarity with digital medical tools and education from a leading institution are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Create and solve advanced emergency medicine scenarios, then evaluate AI-generated responses.
• Rate responses for diagnostic accuracy, clinical judgment, evidence-based reasoning, empathy, and safety.
• Identify gaps in AI responses across emergency medicine presentations and procedures.
• Give clear, structured feedback and work with medical peers and AI researchers on response quality.
