Job summary

Gigapower is building AI capabilities that integrate with engineering workflows in Dallas, offering an Embedded AI Engineer role that supports permit design, HLD/LLD, network planning, and daily engineering processes. This position partners with engineering, design, and permitting stakeholders to deliver practical AI tools such as RAG apps, intelligent agents, copilots, and internal automations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, data science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 3 years of software/analytics/automation/AI solution experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompting, RAG, AI agents, or automation tooling.
• Strong Python proficiency and ability to deploy solutions to users.
• Working knowledge of SQL with structured data experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering, design, and permitting teams to identify AI-driven improvements.
• Prioritize and deliver AI solutions to boost productivity and quality.
• Build AI automations, RAG apps, intelligent agents, copilots, and internal tools.
• Develop permit packaging, docs, reviews, and standards-compliant outputs.
• Create AI capabilities for HLD/LLD development, analysis, and network planning.
• Collaborate with data/AI teams on enterprise platforms and analytics.
• Coach engineers on AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT.
• Measure adoption, quality, and business impact; iterate from feedback.
• Identify scalable AI opportunities across network design and deployment.
