Job summary

Paramount Games is seeking a contractor to lead end-to-end email marketing across its titles. You will own copy, build journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, deploy emails, and report on performance while collaborating with in-house design and campaign teams.

This freelance role is anticipated to last ~6 months; can be a W2 or contractor with your own LLC. Strong SFMC experience and gaming familiarity are ideal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in email marketing or CRM marketing.
• Hands-on SFMC experience - built, QA'd, and deployed.
• Strong copywriting for gaming/entertainment audiences.
• HTML/CSS email rendering, mobile optimization.
• CRM best practices: segmentation, suppression, A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with campaign team to align goals, audience, and cadence.
• Brief design team and ensure assets meet SFMC specs.
• Write email copy: subject lines, previews, headlines, body.
• Build and QA emails in SFMC using branded templates.
• Build and manage journeys in SFMC with logic and suppression.
• Set up and QA UTM tracking and data flows pre-send.
• Deploy emails, monitor deliverability and engagement.
• Monitor IP health and flag deliverability issues.
• Analyze performance and surface actionable insights.
