Mint Source is seeking an Email Deliverability Specialist to work remotely on a full-time contractor basis. You will run inbox placement tests, identify Gmail Promotions vs.

Primary tab factors, and configure the company’s Klaviyo solution to improve open rates across ecommerce campaigns. Responsibilities include running A/B tests, delivering clear test reports to the success team, and communicating findings to clients.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in email marketing, deliverability or similar analytical role.
• Experience diagnosing issues, testing fixes, iterating to resolution.
• Strong data-driven approach and clear internal/client communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deliverability tests for new clients to identify landing areas.
• Identify promotional thresholds leading to Gmail Promotions tab.
• Configure client solutions in Klaviyo; test and iterate for deliverability.
• Run client campaigns as A/B tests and monitor win rates across accounts.
• Experiment with new approaches within the company mechanism when needed.
• Create reports of test results and share with customer success team.
• Flag anomalies early and communicate progress via Slack.
• Interact with clients to provide professional support as needed.
