City of Loveland is seeking an experienced Utility Systems Analyst to analyze processes, automate workflows, and support complex utility systems across Water, Power, and Fiber. The role emphasizes integration development, testing, and vendor collaboration to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

The position offers a salary range of $85,272.51–$115,118.02 per year, with a hiring range of $85,272.51–$100,195.26, dependent on qualifications.

Formación

• Required 4 years/bachelors degree in Computer Science, Geography or related field.
• 3 years progressive experience in business process improvement and systems automation.
• 2 years experience with Python and ArcPY scripting languages.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Preferred: experience in water, electric or communications utilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop understanding of business processes across Water, Power and Fiber and identify workflow gaps.
• Identify opportunities for automation to boost efficiency within the department.
• Coordinate testing and deployment of new systems and updates.
• Utilize Python, ArcPy to automate repetitive workflows.
• Support system integrations and data exchange between city platforms.
