Qualifications

• 3+ years in surety bond underwriting support or related experience.
• Understanding of surety rating and processing functions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proven ability to organize personal and team workflows.
• Proficient with computer software used in Surety operations.
• Demonstrates independence and proficiency in bond processing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle SDI/broker/processing transactions; review and reconcile as needed.
• Assist in underwriting support functions like project requests and regulatory requirements.
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Mentor/train others on workflows and processes.
• Support department with technical issues and participate in UAT.
• Perform general office duties including billing inquiries and discrepancies.
• Handle policy experience preferred.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
