Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, defense, or other complex production environments.
• Experience supporting plant operations in a manufacturing organization.
• Strong analytical and business partnering skills.
• Proven ability to influence leaders using financial data.
• Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Manager and leadership to drive operational and financial performance.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the plant accounting team.
• Analyze manufacturing variances and partner with Operations to improve efficiency.
• Develop and monitor KPIs including EBITDA, gross margin, inventory turns, and cash flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business performance.
• Manage month-end close, annual close, and ad hoc reporting to management.
• Evaluate capital investments, pricing, and business cases to support decisions.
• Lead accounts receivable/payable and payroll processes.
• Assist in quarterly forecast and annual budget preparations.
• Lead automation and process improvements to reduce manual work.
