Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviews loan applications for risk and acceptance.
• Verifies information for accuracy and completeness.
• Orders documentation to mitigate bank risk and assess repayment capacity.
• Develops and administers a loan portfolio within lending authority.
• Maintains credit quality, profitability, and service objectives.
• Collaborates with loan processors and branches to improve customer satisfaction.
• Analyzes borrower financials, tax returns, and collateral valuations.
• Ensures lien perfection and regulatory compliance.
• Approves loans up to assigned lending authority.
