Job summary

NinjaOne seeks an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to own the full pre‑sales technical cycle for SLED and enterprise accounts, shaping demos, architecture, and proofs-of-concept. You will partner with Account Executives to drive public sector growth, influence roadmap, and deliver measurable impact across large, distributed environments.

You will build scalable assets, collaborate with Customer Success, and represent NinjaOne at government events, contributing to a founding SE team with playbooks

Qualifications

5+ years in a B2B SaaS pre-sales engineering or similar role supporting enterprise SLED customers.
Experience translating technical value to administrators, staff, and leadership.
Knowledge of IT operations, RMM, endpoint management, and ITSM-adjacent platforms.

Responsibilities

Own the full pre-sales technical experience for SLED and enterprise accounts—from discovery through proof-of-concept.
Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to drive public sector growth.
Develop scalable technical assets and playbooks to support AE-to-SE motion.
Contribute to RFP/RFI reviews with SME guidance and compliance insight.
