Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant site/civil engineering experience with strong site design skills.
• Prior project management experience including contracts, QA/QC, scheduling, and staff oversight.
• Vermont Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage site/civil engineering projects from initial scoping through design, permitting, and construction support.
• Develop project scopes, contracts, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee and mentor engineering staff and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
