You will lead diverse site development projects while ensuring precision in client communication and project outcomes. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a PE license, and over 5 years of experience in civil/site development engineering. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin or Illinois, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in civil/site development engineering, including project management responsibilities.
• Proven track record managing land development, commercial, industrial, or municipal projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater management, roadway design, and utility systems.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and client relationships simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of site development and civil engineering projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and technicians.
• Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules while ensuring adherence to client expectations.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support business development efforts by preparing proposals and attending client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
