Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin or Illinois, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
5+ years of progressive experience in civil/site development engineering, including project management responsibilities.
Proven track record managing land development, commercial, industrial, or municipal projects.
Strong technical knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater management, roadway design, and utility systems.
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and client relationships simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all phases of site development and civil engineering projects.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and technicians.
Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules while ensuring adherence to client expectations.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Support business development efforts by preparing proposals and attending client meetings.
Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
