Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Geology or Geophysics.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in oil and gas exploration and development.
• 5 years’ experience in Deepwater GOA preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary, fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to integrate geoscience with reservoir engineering and operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, mature, and deliver opportunities to operated facilities.
• Assess drilling of new wells and infill wells to optimize production.
• Interpret seismic and well logs; build maps and cross sections; present findings.
• Pre-drill planning; interface with Drilling, Subsurface, Regulatory, and Partners.
• Support well operations and update field results and reserves as needed.
• Collaborate across teams and external support.
• Coordinate technical interactions with partners and regulators to align delivery.
• Develop concise presentations for management and authorities.
