Osaic is seeking a technically skilled Senior Financial Planning Strategist to join our High Net Worth Planning Services team. You will provide expert guidance on estate, business, tax planning, and trust administration to financial advisors serving high-net-worth clients.

You'll review complex documents, translate sophisticated strategies into actionable recommendations, deliver presentations at conferences and trainings, and mentor colleagues while staying abreast of industry developments and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial planning experience in a client- or advisor-facing capacity.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience delivering educational content and presenting to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide innovative solutions to financial advisors as an expert on the High Net Worth Planning Services team, including advice on taxation, business succession planning, estate planning, trust administration, life insurance, and retirement plans.
• Conduct necessary research, leverage technology, and apply your experience to address complex financial planning issues and present appropriate solutions to financial advisors.
• Review and summarize complex estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney) and governance documents.
• Distill complex planning strategies into accessible recommendations for advisors to present to clients.
• Identify developments impacting financial planning and inform strategic direction (industry trends, regulatory changes).
• Deliver presentations to internal and external audiences, including conferences, webinars, and trainings.
• Mentor colleagues to develop financial planning skills.
• All other duties as assigned.
