Qualifications

• Call center experience preferred in financial services.
• Basic data entry and word processing skills.
• Clear oral and written communication to handle inquiries.
• Computer skills to prepare manuals and enter data in spreadsheets.
• Some judgment required to apply guidelines to situations.
• Ability to collect information and coordinate with others.

Responsibilities

• Supports strategies to minimize net credit losses by maximizing dollars recovered from written-off accounts.
• On-boarding new vendors by requesting and organizing information for the RFP process.
• Delivers year-on-year expense improvements by improving processes and productivity.
• Builds peer-to-peer relationships to meet operational needs.
• Communicates with outside vendors to provide exceptional customer service.
• Supports quality, control and compliance programs including self-assessment.
• Performs data entry, system coding, inventory audits, reconciliations to align vendor and Ally systems.
• Responds promptly to vendor requests as needed.
