Job summary

The State of Georgia is seeking a Project Manager I (Non-IT) to oversee and maintain project schedules for space, furniture, technology, and related services. You will act as the BLLIP database administrator and coordinate with IT and external partners to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with relevant experience, plus an undergraduate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with one year of related experience.
• Undergraduate degree preferred with 2–3 years in PM, property or facilities.
• Valid driver's license and statewide travel capability.
• Experience reading blueprints and coordinating multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with agencies to monitor contracts and leases.
• Maintain project schedules and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Review costs, attend site visits and ensure timely turnover.
• Prepare reports and assist in committee selections for proposals.
• Support SOP creation and enforce project governance.
