Rutter Mills LLP in Norfolk/Hampton, VA is seeking a seasoned Prelitigation Client Relations Specialist to support our pre-litigation team. You will maintain regular client communication, document updates, and ensure clients feel informed and supported throughout their case.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience, exceptional phone and email communication, and strong organizational skills to manage frequent follow-ups across multiple attorneys and paralegals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience.
• Strong communication skills with empathy and active listening.
• Organization and follow-through to manage multiple client follow-ups.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with clients by phone and email regarding case updates and next steps.
• Document client communications and case updates in the firm’s case management system.
• Support pre-litigation attorneys and paralegals with timely client follow-up and information gathering.
• Identify client concerns and follow-up needs and escalate as appropriate.
• Maintain organized task lists to support case progress while preserving confidentiality.
