Job summary

WSP is seeking a Power & Energy Project Manager to lead high‑level technical projects in the Power & Energy Program Management Office. The role covers administration, commercial, and technical aspects of large EHV transmission and substation projects, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

Responsibilities span lifecycle stages from proposal through closeout, including client communication and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical discipline or related professional experience in A/E/C/utility/EPC.
• 10+ years of post-education project management experience in the industry.
• Experience managing projects through DBB, EPC, PDB delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with management and disciplines to support cost and schedule objectives.
• Develop project proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost and change management and control.
• Provide regular project updates to clients and leaders, identifying issues and mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure effective communication.
