Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Network Analyst I to support our national network infrastructure. The role focuses on routing protocols, troubleshooting, and working with Meraki switches and wireless, with added exposure to SD-WAN and Palo Alto firewalls.

The candidate will coordinate with internal clients, handle Tier-1 incidents, and participate in CAB processes under ITIL guidelines while supporting 24x7 operations across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Tier-1 support and incident escalation.
• Coordinate with internal clients to understand network requirements.
• Familiar with ITIL change management and CAB processes.
• Willing to work 24x7 shifts.
• Proficient with ServiceNow ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Handle Tier-1 network support and RCA when issues arise.
• Coordinate with clients to understand network requirements.
• Participate in CAB meetings with offshore and onshore teams.
• Maintain ITIL-compliant change management and ticketing in SNOW.
