• Develops policies, methods and procedures in support of business processes change management.
• Ensures changes are deployed consistently and minimize disruption to ongoing work processes.
• Develops and authors methods and procedures / job aides, processes and other formalized documents based on business requirements.
• Measures network performance against process requirements.
