Job summary

Manheim Mobile Vehicle Condition Inspector roles at Cox Automotive involve on-site inspections for dealer clients within a defined territory. You will document vehicle condition to Manheim standards, support inventory flow, and serve as a brand ambassador for Cox Automotive.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
Ability to meet physical and mental demands of the role within required timeframes.
0-1 years automotive-related experience preferred for Level 1.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and document condition per Manheim standards.
Locate, move, inspect, and return vehicles safely on dealer lots.
Verify VINs, mileage, options and ensure accurate system entry.
Document exterior and interior condition, including tires, panels, and components.
Perform basic mechanical checks across powertrain, drivetrain, and electrical components.
Prepare daily activity and production reports; use Salesforce for tracking.
