Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, part of Danaher, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor in Indianapolis, IN. The role leads all maintenance and reliability activities across plastics processing, CNC machining, and assembly, driving proactive maintenance and continuous improvement.

You will partner with Engineering, Operations and Quality to support production performance and ensure high equipment uptime, safety, and efficient workflows. On-site with possible remote arrangement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher with extensive experience; or a Bachelor’s/Master’s in a related field.
• Experience with instrumentation design and integration including complex electro‑mechanical systems.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting CNC and molding equipment across departments.
• Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lb and operate material handling tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant maintenance performance, ensuring high uptime and reliability.
• Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians with clear priorities and coaching.
• Provide leadership with visibility on trends, risks, and improvement actions.
