Job summary

Transcard Payments LLC, based in Chattanooga, TN, offers a paid IT Quality Assurance Tester / Business Analyst Intern position within our FinTech operations. The role provides hands-on exposure to frontend/backend testing, agile ceremonies, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

The internship runs Monday–Friday during business hours and aims to transition interns toward post-graduate opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to document processes.

Responsibilities

• Learn and participate in front end and backend application testing.
• Support testing efforts for projects and software releases within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Document and evaluate test results and defects, track and manage defects with dev/business teams.
• Coordinate project delivery by participating in design reviews and walkthroughs.
• Guide stakeholders through requirements gathering, solutioning, documentation, configuration, and UAT testing.
• Track project schedules and identify risks to support mitigation.
