Job summary

Reliant Holdings Ltd. seeks an I&E Manager - Processing Division to provide strategic leadership for instrumentation, electrical, automation, and control systems across liquid CO₂ and dry ice facilities.

The role establishes division standards, drives reliability, and partners with leaders to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations. Remote work is possible with travel as required, supporting capital projects and talent development within a safety-first framework.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
10+ years of progressive experience in industrial electrical, instrumentation, controls, or automation.
5+ years of leadership experience overseeing multiple facilities or complex industrial operations.
Experience in industrial gas, cryogenic operations, petrochemical, manufacturing, energy, or related industries preferred.
Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, NEC, NFPA 70E and safety and reliability standards.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical, instrumentation, automation, and control systems across multiple facilities.
Develop and enforce division-wide standards, safety programs, and reliability initiatives.
Support capital projects, system upgrades, and optimization efforts.
Collaborate with Plant Managers, Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and EHS to drive operational excellence.
