Genuine Care Home Health Aid Agency LLC in Harrisburg, PA is seeking an experienced Home Care Agency Administrator to lead daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance and grow patient census. The role emphasizes healthcare operations, staffing, and customer service in a fast-growing agency.

The Administrator will oversee caregiver recruitment, patient intake, scheduling, documentation and payer coordination, while working with ownership to scale services and maintain high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, human services, nursing or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of healthcare/home-care/health-services management experience preferred.
• Experience with Medicaid/CHC billing, EVV and payer relations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration and operations of the home care agency.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and home-care regulations.
• Manage caregiver recruitment, onboarding, scheduling and staffing levels.
• Coordinate patient intake, service delivery and documentation for billing.
• Maintain quality assurance, audit readiness and consumer documentation.
