Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Front-end Localization Engineer to join our UI engineering team and deliver localized experiences across our SaaS platform. You will blend strong front-end skills with localization engineering to build scalable, internationalized UI components.

This role emphasizes collaboration across Localization, Design and Engineering, with remote flexibility for US-based locations and options for hybrid offices in Austin and Tampa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 3+ years of professional front-end or software engineering experience.
• 2+ years working with React, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Localization engineering experience including internationalization and adaptive UI concepts.
• Bilingual with strong English and at least one additional language.
• Experience building reusable UI components and design-system-driven development.
• Working knowledge of Python and automation workflows.
• Familiarity with localization workflows and CAT tools.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and deliver under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable internationalized UI solutions within React.
• Extract and manage UI strings; coordinate translations and validate localized builds.
• Ensure localization quality, accessibility, and performance across languages.
• Collaborate with Localization, Design and Engineering to deliver localized features on time.
